Has anybody at UW considered trying to hit up the ultra-wealthy residents for financial donations? There are at least six BILLIONAIRES in Wyoming. Being a no-income tax state should make the proposition a little easier. I think it's worth a try. The worst that could happen is they tell us where to get off. It would benefit the entire university. Just sayin'
