Random thoughts after yesterday's game......

1. Good to put a face with a name, and more importantly a handshake @ tail gate park. We are social creatures and need that social interaction, now more then ever. Thanks Flo.....

2. I try to make it a point at home games to acknowledge away game fans and tell them welcome to Laramie, usually gets a smile and a thanks. Not sure what was up with Ball State fans... really somber group...

3. I thought concessions and lines really improved from first game. Thanks Southern and group who focused on this.

4. Fellow season ticket holders who sit around you are like family.. Seamlessly picking up the flow of conversation from the previous encounter... It's important to acknowledge their part in your game experience

5. The color to Poke uniforms is good to the eye....

6. The variability of offense play calling is also good to the eye. Nice to see tight ends once again contributing to offensive scheme.

7. Sean Chambers is shaking off the rust very nicely. Good to see his level of play continue to climb.

8. Nice to see Solomon Byrd back. Dude is fast and brings that speed element to our defensive line....

9. We are blessed with our kicking game. E.P's and F.G.'s near automatic. Kick -off's through the end zone is good to the eye. Punting, especially our punting for position, was spot on yesterday.

10. Nothing can match a September Saturday at the War Memorial re weather.....

11. A bowl of Sinclair's Su Casa Green is mana from heaven.

12. As a friend who plays on the o line shared with me after the game, ""It was fun one to play, we were fast and decisive and they couldn't keep up!"

Wonderful day.
