Thankfully Somebody Kidnapped Svoboda

Good win. Who was the imposter at QB? Be concerned though that Sawvel probably feels (in his mind) justified. Don't underestimate him. I think if Anderson played, this game wouldn't have been a concern. Poke defense kept us in the last two games. Hopefully Saw still wants to do the "deep dive" instead of a jump into the shallow end...WSU probably a bit overrated losing to New Mexico and us, and struggling with SDSU, but F...them.

How a 4 point loss Becomes a Sign of Progress...

...did you see how the offense evaporated into a one-dimensional running game when the Chosen One took over as QB?

Hats off to the Poke D; they kept Jeanty on the sideline long enough to keep him from overwhelming us any worse than he did. Nonetheless, Saw will signal this as a sign of progress, and move the Chosen One into the starting position to captain us the last two games. Enjoy the overthrown passes. Only in Laramie--only in Laramie...will a game like this be spun into a positive. Boise's offense struggled too without Jeanty in the game, but when he returned...game over.

The east side of the stadium sure looked attentive. A third full. I wonder if anybody in the AD picked up on it.
