Take it for whats it worth, its the internet. But I keep seeing rumors that Utah is looking at going to the ACC and that would clear a space for Boise State, Oregon State or Washington State to jump to the Big 12. Apparently the money from the ESPN package is better so Utah would travel to Pitt and North Carolina to play football games... Utah is denying they would go to the ACC but you better believe they were looking. Meanwhile any movement like this will likely change the MWC. Musical chairs..stop the effing music.

Personally, I think this would be a wonderful development in downtown Laramie. It's not in the center of downtown, but on the west edge near the tracks. It would help solve Laramie's housing shortage. Walkability in the downtown area would be a huge selling point and I suspect supported by the downtown merchants.

Personally, I don't get the pushback from the locals?
